The Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas is 100% smoke free. This policy includes all guest rooms, meeting rooms, Landmark restaurant, The Library bar, public space and employee work areas. Should any guest smoke in his or her room a cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply.
Should you wish to smoke, we have two designated areas at the exterior entrances of the hotel. We appreciate your assistance in creating a healthier environment.
Dallas, Texas Luxury Hotel Pet Policy - The Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas does allow our guests to bring their dog when staying at the hotel. There is a limit of one dog per room and the dog must be 60 pounds or smaller. There is a $50 non refundable pet fee that reoccurs every three days and guests must sign the pet registration waiver at check in agreeing to the terms and conditions.
